The Assembler III will be responsible for performing manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices while ensuring adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines. The role also includes equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, and quality inspection activities in a regulated production environment.
More than 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience required. Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Experience performing quality inspections in a production line environment preferred.
Perform fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment. Conduct quality inspections in accordance with defined specifications. Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and manufacturing procedures. Use basic measurement tools such as microscopes and inspection equipment. Support production line operations and ensure product quality standards are met. Maintain accurate communication with supervisors and team members. Rotate across tasks and responsibilities as required.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment. Good communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Flexibility to work extended hours or rotating shifts if required. Ability to perform physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
