What You’ll Do

As our Car Wash Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer drives away with a clean car and a smile. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead and inspire a team of car wash associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure the car wash runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Provide hands-on support when needed, from assisting customers to troubleshooting equipment.
• Foster a positive and energetic work environment that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both customers and employees.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a leader who’s passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a car wash position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
