Therefore we offer: Training in behavioral therapy that is person-centered and trauma-informed MEBS (multi-element behavioral support) and PBS (positive behavioral support) systems Competitive Pay with Paid Training, Travel Time, and Mileage A collaborative team that values your ideas and impact on your clients' lives Support in achieving your national RBT Certification A $250 referral bonus for each BT you refer Flexible Schedule Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Development Assistance Employee discounts with National University and Purdue University Global What You'll Do: Implement 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home Collect ongoing data on client's programs Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual Support with daily living and personal care routines-including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills-using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence. Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary Attend staff meetings and training sessions Join Our Mission! Qualifications: HS Diploma Experience working with children (personal/professional) WA state driver's license Insured, reliable transportation Ability to travel to Lynnwood for training Must be able to lift and carry clients when needed Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs Ideal Candidates: Individuals who love working with children Bilingual? AWESOME!
