CNS will utilize their expert clinical knowledge, skills, and competencies to provide direct patient care, educate staff, and implement evidence-based practices.

Job specification - Provide advanced, direct care to critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
- Conduct and facilitate regular training sessions to ensure staff competency and professional development.
- Lead and participate in critical care unit rounds, case reviews, and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Disseminate research findings through presentations, publications, and professional forums.
Candidate requirements - Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization in clinical nursing.
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in critical care.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications are mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in the specialty area.
- Strong proficiency in clinical assessment and critical thinking.
- Competence in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical technologies.
