Customer Service Associate The UPS Store (Duluth, MN)

We're looking for customer serviceoriented team members who take pride in providing great service and enjoy working in a team environment. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling perfect for students, parents, and anyone looking for steady, enjoyable work.

Weekend availability is required, but we'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
• Help customers with packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox services
• Operate store equipment such as copiers, fax, laminators, and binding machines
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle basic administrative tasks
• Support day-to-day store operations and work closely with your team
• Learn new skills including how to become a Notary Public (we'll help you get certified!)

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using computers, printers, and internet tools
• Attention to detail and good basic math skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required we'll train you!
