Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in representing nonprofit and brand partners at live events and community-based programs. You will engage directly with the public, provide information, and help ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, donors, and event attendees in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide information regarding campaigns, promotions, and nonprofit initiatives
• Answer questions and assist the public with clarity and confidence
• Support live events, outreach programs, and promotional activities
• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown as needed
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and energetic environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful event execution

Training & Development
