Job Description
We are looking for multiple Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partners (FP&A BP) to support IonQ's exciting trajectory, with a specific focus on our Compute Products, Quantum Networking, Sensing, and Security, and our Pricing and Revenue Desk. As an FP&A business partner, you'll be part of a cross-functional team that works across IonQ departments to forecast, measure, visualize, and analyze financial aspects of our business. You will specifically support the engineering & technology teams, assisting with FP&A tasks like budget versus actual reports, budgeting and financial planning, and other ad-hoc analyses to support efficient business and financial operations.
In this role, you'll have access to leaders throughout IonQ's rapidly-growing organization and will partner with them to support the future of the company. You will also contextualize your work as a part of the broader finance team, where you will gain valuable skills and mentors to support your development as a finance professional. Your work will be central to our mission of building the world's best quantum technologies to solve the world's most complex problems, transforming business, society, and the planet for the better.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $97,123 - $126,652. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
