Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Payroll Manager en ondersteunt het HR-team bij de volledige payroll-flow voor arbeiders en bedienden. Jouw taken: Verwerken, controleren en afsluiten van de volledige payroll (A-> Z) voor arbeiders en bedienden via eBlox. Beheren van personeelsdossiers, contracten, simulaties, policies en rapportages . Optreden als sparringpartne r voor management en praktische ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers bij payrollvragen. Identificeren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen om efficiëntie en correctheid van de Payroll te verhogen. Aantoonbare ervaring met volledige payrollverwerking voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden in eBlox. Kennis van split payroll (Nl/Lux) is een plus. Grondige kennis van de sociale wetgeving en toepasbare regels. Vloeiend in Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een plus. Nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en comfortabel in een complexe en soms hectische organisatieomgeving. Resultaatgericht en proactief in procesverbetering.
