Position Overview

Sino Biological is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Operations intern to support the HR department with daily administrative and operational tasks.

This internship provides hands-on experience in multiple areas of human resources and operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and operational workflows. The HR Intern will also have the opportunity to assist and manage their own key project focused on improving and mapping HR processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Take ownership of small HR projects utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), including SOP development, HR data analysis, and recruiting workflow improvements to enhance HR processes and reporting.
• Assist in mapping and documenting selected internal workflows (e.g., HR processes, onboarding, and administrative procedures.
• Draft SOPs and collaborate with department managers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR operations and process improvement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in HR technology or artificial intelligence tools.
• Previous internship or administrative experience preferred.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Business Administration.
