Do you have a passion for developing quality assessments as well as experience in client engagements like job analysis, standard setting, or item workshops? Looking for a fully remote position that provides great flexibility and culture? Read on.
Summary of Position
Assessment Systems provides contracted services to organizations that seek to improve their assessment process and align with best practices, but do not have in-house psychometricians. The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education outside the USA). We are looking for a Psychometrician to work on clients such as these. Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, standard setting, and test development. Additional skills in program management are also required.
You would do well in our company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills.
