Believe Studios & Spa a curated collection of experienced beauty and wellness professionals.  We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Salon Manager to be the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of our upscale salon suite facility and wellness booth business. In this hybrid hospitality and property-management role, you’ll both support guests utilizing our facility’s wellness booth services as well as support independent beauty and wellness professionals (stylists, nail techs, estheticians, etc.) who license private suites while delivering an extraordinary experience to their clients. This is not a stylist or assistant stylist position. It is instead an on-site concierge role perfect for someone who loves hospitality, organization, and building relationships in a vibrant beauty environment. 

Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to deliver exceptional services to both our wellness booth clients and community of independent beauty and wellness professionals. Key Responsibilities

Daily:

• Track performance metrics, payroll, and daily revenue reports
• Manage all aspects of daily salon operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Assist any suite lessees as needed with building related questions/concern
• Manage wellness booths & corresponding POS system – MindBody ’ Red Light Therapy, Salt Therapy, PEMF, and Sauna including check-in, instructions, re-staging, and booking
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with state regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complaints, and build long-term client loyalty.
• Keep beverage bar and lounge tidy
• Create and post regular social media content according to our brand guidelines
• Help create and execute beauty & wellness events 4-6 times a year
• Create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions as needed to drive memberships and usage of wellness suites

As Needed:

○        Support Believe Studio and Spa’s suite professionals by greeting clients and problem solving

○        Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as need

Requirements & Qualifications

●       5+ years of proven experience as a Salon Manager (or Assistant Manager in a busy salon)

●       Passion for beauty trends, retail sales, and exceptional client experiences

●       Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

●       Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

●       Experience with Instagram and other Social Media marketing platforms

●       Familiarity with salon management software (e.g., GlossGenius, Mindbody, or similar)

What We Offer
Annual salary ($50,000) combined with performance bonuses and commission (annual target of $30,000)

●       Commission on each wellness booth used (3 booths in total, expected to run 10-20 sessions/day)

●       40 Hours a week including one weekend day
