Salary: Salary plus commission

• Demonstrate leadership by setting the example.
• Flexible with work schedule and working at minimum 40 hours as well as willingness to work on
  extra when needed.
• Open to change and embrace it.
• Scheduling and looking out for salons best interest.
• Product supply management and ordering
• Approving and managing payroll, time clocks and commissions end of pay period
• Business tracking and goal setting
• Time management
• Active involvement with recruitment of stylists and reception staff on a continual basis
• Interviewing /terminating of employees
• Ability to manage different personalities and retain staff
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them
• Ability to delegate and work efficiently
