Join our Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention team!

Match4Action connects those wanting to volunteer their skills with those in need for remote or local project support, advice, collaboration and mentoring.

We are looking for 2 highly capable Virtual Assistants who are comfortable working with modern software tools and AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to support both operational and technical workflows in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires someone who is not just an administrative assistant, but a digitally skilled operator who can work efficiently with SaaS tools, automation platforms, and AI tools.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

️ Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and email coordination
• Organize documents, files, and internal systems
• Prepare meeting notes and summaries

Software & Tool Usage

• Work daily with tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, or trackers
• Support CRM or internal tools (if applicable)

AI & Automation Support

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) to improve workflows
• Assist in creating automated processes (Zapier, Make, etc. if needed)
• Support basic chatbot or AI workflow operations (if applicable)

Research & Data Tasks

• Conduct online research and summarize findings
• Collect, clean, and organize data
• Prepare structured reports or insights

Communication Support

• Coordinate with team members
• Handle internal communication professionally and clearly

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a virtual assistant or similar role
• Excellent computer literacy and fast learning ability
• Comfortable using multiple software tools simultaneously
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools)
• Basic understanding of workflows or systems thinking
• Familiarity with SaaS tools or startup environments
• Some exposure to CRM or project management systems
