Warehouse Associate I

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate I to join our 1st shift team. You will be responsible for the fluid movement of inventory, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and prepared for shipment with precision. Responsibilities Include

• Receiving & Unloading: Process incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and report any discrepancies.
• Material Handling: Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods to their designated storage locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for daily outbound shipping.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Documentation: Utilize basic computer systems to log incoming stock and track material movements.
• Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.

Skills/Qualifications

• Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience (Plus): Previous experience with material handling, receiving, or driving (forklift/pallet jack) is highly preferred but not required.
• Communication: Ability to read and follow written work orders and communicate effectively with the team.
• Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy when counting inventory and processing shipping labels.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $18.50/hr
